Is BlackScreen Pro a hidden or stealth remote tool?
No. Every session must be accepted by the customer, a visible bar shows while remote control is active, and the customer can stop at any time.
Can the customer end the Black Screen?
Yes. Ending the session or losing the server connection restores the screen automatically; Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Win+L and Ctrl+Shift+Esc are never blocked.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
How does the free trial work?
Request a trial key by email; it is valid for 7 days on one device.
How do I renew?
Buy a new license on the Pricing page and enter the new key in the app.
